Building Rental
The kitchen serves as a staging area for caterers. Food must be prepared off site. The kitchen is equipped with preparations tables, commercial dishwasher and a new double door refrigerator. All caterers are welcome. Suggested caterers are available upon request.
The Dunbar Dining Room has a dining capacity of 550 and 900 for dancing. Rectangular/round tables and chairs are included in the rental. The dining room can be decorated to accommodate a wide variety of social gatherings and special occasions.
Our auditorium has theater seating and additional chairs can be added to the floor level to accommodate 900 people. Perfect for concerts, award presentations, graduations, weddings, religious and funeral services, or any large gathering. Audio visual equipment is available upon request or you may provide your own. An organist can also be available. The Green Room is included with the rental.. Grand piano is available for an additional charge.
Our Library is available for depositions. The Stanley Room is an ideal room for seminars, workshops, small gatherings or services. Private entry with carpeted floor. A large outdoor patio offers many venue possibilities. An ample parking area that is well-lite and easily accessible for handicapped individuals.
