Deposit:
All payments, including deposit, will be made by Cashier's check or Money Order. Deposit will be refunded within 15 days after event if there is no damage or extra cleaning required. Deposit will be forfeited if rental is cancelled within 60 days of event.
Auditorium Available
The proscenium opening of the stage is 20 x 40 feet, with a stage 20 feet in depth, with an 8 foot stage apron.
Power for lighting and equipment practically unlimited. Stationary seating capacity 835 persons, total seating 985 in comfortable upholstered seats. A large dressing room, with a makeup room and a rest room adjoining the stage. A large double door in the immediate rear of the stage area provides convenient access for equipment. A motorized curtain separates the stage and seating area. Complete sound and lighting systems.

Banquet Room
This spacious (7,008 sq. feet), newly-decorated room seats 450 people, dinner style; 500 people, theatre style. Table set-up with chairs is provided. Platform for an elevated dias is available. Heating, air conditioning and sound, of course.
Kitchen
This newly renovated, full service kitchen provides complete facilities to prepare banquets. A fire insurance ansul system provides complete safety.

Pre-event activities such as: Set-up, Decorating, Kitchen Preps., Catering Supplies or Deliveries, will be charged accordingly:
Option #1 - Completed on same day of event: Room Overtime charge applies
Option #2 - Completed on day prior to event if not already rented: Minimum 4 hours
*Liquor License and a minimum of (1) security guard per 100 people required for all rentals where alcohol is served.
*Food and Beverages are not allowed in carpeted areas.
*1 Million Dollar Liability Insurance required on all rentals.
Payment in full, insurance, security & liquor license due 60 days prior to event, no exceptions.
Contracts signed within 60 days of event will require deposit and full payment at signing.
